Green Care is currently hiring for the following positions:

Lawn Care Technicians (Full & Part Time)

Green Care Turf Management, based in the New River Valley, has several immediate openings for lawn care technicians. Your duties will include mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, planting, fall cleanup, snow removal, etc. Previous experience in these tasks is preferred.

We are seeking motivated, mature, and responsible individuals. You must:

Be dependable.
Maintain a good attendance.
Be able to work flexible hours in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
Be able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

You must have a valid, clean driver’s license, reliable transportation to the office, and the ability to drive a work truck with a landscape trailer attached. Knowledge of using commercial lawn care equipment is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate(s).

Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM until route is complete. Some Saturday work may be required. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Pay rate is based on experience.

Fertilization & Weed Control Technicians

Green Care Turf Management, based in the New River Valley, has several immediate openings for fertilization/weed control technicians. Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing lawn services (fertilization, weed control, insect control, aeration, seeding, etc.) to residential and/or commercial customers. Previous experience and certification in these tasks is preferred but not required. We will train and certify qualified candidates.

We are seeking detail-oriented, motivated, mature, and responsible individuals. You must:

Be dependable.
Maintain a good attendance.
Be able to work flexible hours in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
Be able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

You must have a valid, clean driver’s license, reliable transportation to the office, and the ability to drive a work truck with a landscape trailer attached. Some overnight travel involved.

Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM until route is complete. Some Saturday work may be required. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Pay rate is based on experience. Competitive pay with advancement opportunities and benefits.
